Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort

The App needs to be more interactive friendly and real-time scheduling capabilities. Trying to catch the bus was almost impossible because the App does not track them in real-time. If it says it does, it didn't work while I was there. The resort was amazing! Very nice and quiet for families and older adults!

This app stinks. 1) Their so-called interactive maps just brings you to Google Maps...why do I need them to do that? 2) The "Sign Up" button that won't go away and covers up the information that you are trying to read. 3) Interactive Map that does not interact: Doesn't list hours of operation for restaurants; half the restaurants are not listed, Tram portion a) doesn't show where the trams are at any givien moment, b) if you tap on a tram stop, doesn't list when the next tram is arriving, c) Doesn't show where you are in relation to the tram stops, and d) the Tram Schedule doesn't list the frequency of the shuttle runs. I've been to Hilton Head, Breckenridge Colorado and Disney and they all have these features on their free transport apps...and have had them for years. My son's high school app class could do a better job than this. If I could give a 'zero' stars rating I would.

Nice place. Kinda confusing togetaround in the dark. However, the gate security people were very kind and helpful. The room we stayed in was adequate and we had a wonderful view of the grounds. Really needs to be more communication regarding available amenities and how to find them.
